Q1: Can you provide customized services?
Yes, we accept OEM/ODM Services. We have 20+ years experience in custom non-standard screws. If you don't have drawings, we can provide product drawings based on your requirements.
Q2: Can you supply samples?
Yes, we can provide samples if tooling exists. If tooling doesn't exist, tooling cost and shipping cost will be on the customer's account.
Q3: How can you ensure quality?
We have a professional QC department and strictly implement IATF16969, IS9001 quality control and ISO14001 environment management. We create part drawings for your confirmation and send samples for final approval.
Q4: What is the MOQ?
For high-value products, our MOQ starts from 1000-10000 pieces. For other low-value products, our MOQ starts from 20000 pieces.
Q5: How about transportation?
You can choose any mode of transportation: sea delivery, air delivery, or door-to-door express.
Q6: How to place order and make payment?
You can send a Purchase order or simple confirmation by email/TradeManager. We will send a Proforma Invoice with bank details. Payment can be made via TT or Paypal.
