Yes, we can provide free samples if we have the mold/tooling. Otherwise, mold cost and shipping cost would be on the customer's account.
Q3: How can you ensure the quality?
We have a professional QC department and strictly implement ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, SGS, RoHs, PPAP, MSDS standards. We provide drawings for confirmation and samples for final approval.
Q4: What is the MOQ?
For high-value products: 1,000-10,000 pcs minimum. For low-value products: 20,000 pcs minimum. We accept trial orders before mass production.
Q5: How about the transportation?
You can choose sea delivery, air delivery, or door-to-door express according to your preference.
Q6: How to place order and make payment?
